Fischer, Leet offer starkly different pictures of Louisville at debate

They only bring out the media for a Shotspotter show when there's some other embarrassing stories they need to plaster over on TV. They never give any numbers of cases cleared or arrests made because it simply never happens. There's always some reporter somewhere desperate for a story who will gladly take video of the big screens and the dozens of civilians monitoring shotspotter, watching cameras, doing crime reports and forwarding emails.
