Boilerplate exigent circumstances language being on every warrant is prima facie evidence of perjury. Their prosecutors and judges are obviously as dirty as they are. It's an obvious case of systematic criminal civil rights violations.

It's reminiscent of the Metro Narcotics unit, back when Richardson and Watson were forging warrants, except Little Rock's even got the judges in on the action.

The SWAT unit appears to be a bunch of military cowboy wanna-be's. God help them if they go in heavy on some dude with a little bit of paranoia, more military experience than they do and a few kids in the house. It's not usually the 1st door that's the problem and it's usually a lot easier to arrest people when they're outside the home.

Their only hope is Arkansas is as forgiving of corruption as Kentucky is.
