I can believe he turned without signalling since so few people use their turn signals but am not sure if that's what he meant by illegal turn. You'd better be prepared to pull over lots of people for illegal turns and cite them to counter the accusations of those thinking they're too special to ever be pulled over.

Some of them consider themselves a de-facto black aristocracy for Louisville and they look down on police. They sure as h3ll don't want Leet winning the Mayor's office. This stop was wrong place, wrong time for that officer because they're looking for a reason to make a scene on TV right now.
