Jury hands demoted LMPD officer $300,000 verdict in case against city

This is Kentucky-as-usual. They only swoop in to make an arrest when it's somebody politically unimportant. If Conrad goes down, the Fischer goes down with him. That's why the KY Attorney General and Commonwealth Attorney haven't named a special prosecutor.

The US Attorney's had more than enough time to indict at least 1 of these other officers or command. They may be able to run interference in the Western District of Kentucky but not for the out-of-state crimes.
