This needs to be said. Metro has paid out over 17 million dollars in settlements since Conrad took the helm. His personal decisions have cost over 2.5 million in settlements and law suits. You have the explorer sex scandal coming up with both criminal and civil suits that will cost god knows what. You have a no confidence vote from FOP and METRO COUNCIL. And no matter what this man does the mayor still says I BACK MY CHIEF!!!! Now the question has to be asked "what does this chief have on the mayor"??????? I think he could literally be caught with a dead hooker in his bed and the mayor would still come out and say, "but look at all the economic development going on, crime in down and we are heading in the right direction"...
