Jury hands demoted LMPD officer $300,000 verdict in case against city

This story says it all about how pathetic the people running this police department and city really are. Between Sullivan who proved that he is not only weak, not a leader and gutless. Conrad who proved it without question how pathetic he is in his being a leader, Sullivan picked by him was an example of how clueless they are in running a police department. Then for all of them to say they would waste 1.2 million in taxpayer money again?????? Fischer still being the babbling idiot everyone has seen him to be. The only thing better would have been to watch Schroeder and Parks try to defend them. We all should be thankful that Harper had the will to face them down like he did, he validated what the rank and file knew to be true. The good thing is the media finally has shifted their attitude against the Fischer crew and their fakeness.
