More than that, the whole attitude was different. Moral was a hell of a lot higher and we didn't have all the back stabbing cry babies. Officers actually wanted to solve crime and every case didn't have to go to a detective either. If something happened on your beat, you took it personal and the vast majority of cases were solved by the end of shift. That was LPD. Period.
