I call bulls--t on the "my finger slipped" story unless there's some other video showing it. If she'd been using her trigger finger to adjust the flashlight, then somebody explain how it would have fired in such a short time frame. If the flashlight were a factor at all, it would be because she was messing with it while her trigger finger was on the trigger.
