Allow me to retort: "dirt" in the LEO community means that two or more people become envolved in something seen, heard, or done that they agree to keep to themselves. As time moves on one or more people from that group might rise in rank or status and prefer those former skeletons not be found. In conclusion one of the members of that former agreement might not have moved as progressively as the other and might be included to mention that former event to get what they need, hence dirt.

Would testimony supporting a charge of perjury against the Mayor count as dirt?

I feel sorry for those people sitting in comfortable do-nothing spots only because they sucked up to the right person. Deathly afraid that they'll lose it when the Mayor and Conrad leave. The taxpayers could save a lot of money firing all of them and lose virtually nothing from doing so.

Randy Moore has something Fischer and Conrad do not have... an overabundance of skin pigment. In other words, Moore is black which is basically a get out of jail free card.
