The Jefferson County Attorney's Office has taken a nosedive since O'Connell came in and it was never very good to begin with. The way they've taken the ill advised tactic of attacking sex assault victims and now a 2nd metro council president in a row shows they're unqualified. If Metro continues to be represented by these dummies the city will end up bankrupt.
