Metro Council president accused of colluding in lawsuit against the city

The lawsuit involves Lt. Jimmy Harper, who claims he was demoted in retaliation for raising concerns about LMPD management.

This is the metro council's weekly reminder they can remove all of them from office under KRS 83A.040 (10) and KRS 83.660. The county attorney would obviously disagree but not for legitimate reasons. More because he fears being removed too.

The council is seeing what all the officers have seen for years with the Chief and mayor. Lies, lies and more lies to cover up those lies. Fischer and conrad claiming politics????uhhhh, aren't they in the same party. Fischer has turned most of his own party against him.
