Metro Council president accused of colluding in lawsuit against the city

The Jefferson County Attorney's Office has taken a nosedive since O'Connell came in and it was never very good to begin with. The way they've taken the ill advised tactic of attacking sex assault victims and now a 2nd metro council president in a row shows they're unqualified. If Metro continues to be represented by these dummies the city will end up bankrupt.

Here's what the Metro Council should do immediately, as in this week:

pass an ordinance transferring all legal representation for city lawsuits to a private law firm having no ties to the Mayor and away from O'Connell. James would have to recuse himself but the rest can do it. The city was formerly represented by city lawyers before merger.
