Woman calls police because the mailman delivered someone else's mail to her box and she wants the police to take it where it belongs. Woman won't leave the drive through at Taco Bell because she spent $18 and they're only giving her 6 hot sauces. That's just a few. The general public is STUPID, have stupid wrecks, ask stupid questions, and quite frankly I'm tired of faking how much I love serving them.

So when you go to work in the "real world", how often have you had weapons pulled on you or had to chase down dangerous criminals who always try to fight as soon as you catch them. How many times have you discovered a one year old child living in filth and squalor with nothing to eat other than ketchup packets in the refrigerator? I'd say that most cops probably have experienced more of the real world than most people will ever have to witness, not just the sugar coated citizen version.
