LMPD officers shoot and kill man in Southside neighborhood

Beshear has a conflict of interest because he is a political ally of Greg Fischer running for Governor, who needs Fischer's help in winning that race. If he disregards the request, or attempts to investigate with that conflict anyhow, he could be disbarred. He has no choice but to refer it to a special prosecutor not having any ties to Fischer or Louisville Metro. The Commonwealth Attorney has a similar conflict, because he too also relies on Greg Fischer and his allies for re-election.

Now knowing that, watch Beshear fall into the bear trap taking the easy road like everyone else.
