The shooting took place Thursday just after noon in the area of Colonial Oaks Court.

And what would he be scared about anyway? Everybody always acts like there are some dire murderous consequences for speaking out. The most thing that usually happens is they don't like you for speaking out, but in most cases they don't like you anyway. So oh well...
