Add this to it and tells us he knows how corrupt the Mayor's office is. We only got to see clips of the mayor saying he was never brief - LIE, Hesen saying she doesn't remember being told and was a personnel matter which shows how much she cared. Would love to see hers, the Mayor's and the chiefs depositions posted on here then we could really see how much they have lied.

I'd like to see him hold a multi-day public hearing on all the lying. Call them all up to testify under oath live on TV, even if it's Metro TV. When they all take the 5th, refuse to talk, or answer evasively, it will let the public know all they really need to know.

At the end of the hearing, hold a vote to remove the Chief, Deputy Mayor and anyone else who needs removing from office. It can be done under KRS 83A.040 (10) and KRS 83.660. That story about their not having the power to remove city officials is a bunch of bull. They can also pass an ordinance requesting that the Attorney General appoint a special prosecutor to take over all criminal investigations related to the Fischer administration from the county attorney and commonwealth attorney on a permanent basis.

Let the other councilmen remove all doubt whose side they stand on. Some of them are unethical weasels and the public needs to know who they are.
