LMPD officers shoot and kill man in Southside neighborhood

The Chief's made comments before about how he looked down at how the old LPD used to do things. Other than his stint as a patrol Lt and Captain, he had little to do with enforcement activities. It all looked so much easier while he was writing policies and doing paperwork in those administrative jobs he spent most of his career in.
