The cost taxpayers bear to hold officers accountable

Nobody rides in bike lanes because they know they'll get killed one day doing so. Everybody under 40 is constantly looking at their phones while driving and everyone else is taking drugs or drunk. Other cities are replacing them with protected bike lanes. That will probably be Fischer's next campaign promise and billion dollar project.
