The cost taxpayers bear to hold officers accountable

This independent investigation was a farce that cost taxpayers 140 thousand dollars. It is evident:

1. If anyone thinks Harvey's conclusion will implicate Fischer or Conrad. You are dreaming. Even though everyone knows they all knew and did nothing.

2. Why was Harvey interviewing victims, or trying to interview perpetrators? That was not what he was hired to do. Victims or perpetrators had nothing to offer on who knew like Chief Conrad, Deputy Mayor Hesen or the Mayor. They all 3 knew and he should have grilled them specifically along with a few others. It sounds like a former Colonel knew about 2013 and said that to Harvey that they recommended a deeper investigation.

3. Does the report mention that the year Betts quitsa job that he lived and breathed for and was his identity was 2014 and an election year for Mayor?

4. Why did they let Harvey stray into interviewing vics and peeps and pump up the bill?

5. Has Harvey paid enough attention to the news to see how deceitful Fischer, Conrad and Hesen were in prior depositions over this disgusting scandal? A scandal where kids were victimized but they treated it as No big deal so they could keep their jobs.

No matter what, this will no doubt be a bogus report that the mayor ordered so he could say see I didn't know.
