The cost taxpayers bear to hold officers accountable

Just like the incident that occurred at the skate park where a white lady and her son were beaten for doing nothing, by a group of young black males. Had the rolls been reversed, there is no doubt they would be charged with a hate crime. Does anyone doubt this? The 19 year old arrested for this assault is a two time felony offender! He was only charged with Assault 4th and Criminal mischief! That's a joke!!! He clearly should have been charged with much more serious offenses. No doubt the mayor had his hands all over softening the charges so no one from his "cookie and ice cream" neighborhoods would become upset...
