The number of truly needly is dwarfed by the lazy leisure class gimme-dats and recreational drug abusers. The former should be put in a field and made to do agricultural work, since they're too stupid to do anything else. The latter should be stuck in prison rehab until they're drug free and able to join the others in the field. Everyone else gets to starve. Those who honesty can't work and have legitimate reasons I'll pay for. Everyone else can starve.
