Every citation and court case is a public record unless it's been sealed, like Metro has sealed the pedophile ring Metro after 4 years of concealing it. This is the age of transparency. Young officers get to wear cameras. Old people get their bad decisions exposed to the media. Don't like it? Nobody will care what your bad golf score is after you leave.
