"on" you're drunk and "off" you're not. If feel dumber for having to explain this to an alleged adult, sorry excuse for a human being, but intoxication slowly dulls the senses and reflexes and takes time to accumulate in the body. Absorption depends on if food was eaten, how much, what type, person's body weight, type of alcohol, how much, medication person takes (for interaction)... etc... Just by the grace of God she didn't kill somebody else earlier in her drive. Next time, do some friggin research before you put your stupidity on display for the world to see.
