Patrol may not do many stops but they do sometimes give crime-preventing glances of intimidation to hood rats and thugs and in their G-rides. Usually it's when they drive past them at traffic accident scenes with their speakers blaring rap music for the entire neighborhood to hear. Noise ordinance? Nobody taught them about that in the academy. It's not community oriented enough. Not worth the eventual harassment from PSU over the baseless complaint to follow.
