I agree with you 100 percent. But, I don't believe people who live in the outskirts of the county are stupid. They know where their tax dollars go... straight to the West end. I cant' recall ever seeing a "Free Obama Phone" tent set up at Shelbyville Road and Hurstbourne Parkway, but I sure do see a dozen of them around 26th and Broadway!
