Sad story...it is well documented that the old city residents pay 44 cents per 100 dollars of assessed value for garbage and fire, as well as police, jail, etc. County residents pay 10 cents and don't get city garbage or fire services.

This whole notion of city residents withholding "free" garbage service from old county residents is stupid.

You are mentally retarded. I have never lived in the old city boundaries in all my 40+ years of life. We are used to paying for our own trash pick up and depending on volunteer firefighters. It's always been that way. Nobody in Valley Station or PRP is complaining about this. We don't need to see a police car every 1/2 hour riding on our streets either. You sound desperate to make your point stick.
