Drunk driver who killed LMPD Detective and a Lexington man sentenced to prison

At least half of the 100,000 people pouring out of Churchill Downs are drunk. Drunks file out of the bars every night. The city collects the sales taxes and income taxes. The state collect the fines. Everyone pretends it's not a business.
