They need to bring in a lateral hire Major or Lt Col from a bigger city PD and an FBI supervisor with proven experience to take over anything vaguely resembling counter-gang, O.C. and street crimes. It is a mess. We can't ice cream party, camera watch, computer geek or diversity hire our way out of this problem. People in charge here don't know big city policing.
