I'm not the O.P but anyone going 35-40 over into another vehicle turning in front of them would be charged with manslaughter by KSP or ISP. That's just a fact. Possibility City is its own little island of chaos and anarchy, with the worst judges and prosecutors money can buy. None of the homicide detectives here would even know how to do that job in another county. Working here makes you dumber than a recruit when you have to actually apply the law as written rather than use the Jefferson County hug-a-thug rules of thumb.
