Kentucky should have these scanners at every truck inspection stop. It would make it a lot harder for rogue truckers to smuggle dope and cash. If Kentucky could seize even a large fraction of all the drug money moving down the highway in semi-trucks, taking drugs north and money south, it would easily pay for every police department in this state.
