Kentucky should have these scanners at every truck inspection stop. It would make it a lot harder for rogue truckers to smuggle dope and cash. If Kentucky could seize even a large fraction of all the drug money moving down the highway in semi-trucks, taking drugs north and money south, it would easily pay for every police department in this state. The DOT cops would be seizing 100 times more than DEA and narcotics units ever could.
