Nobody said he wasn't a good officer. But the powers to be will never let him be chief. His kind of policing is not what little San Francisco wants here. The last chief that let his dept police was Dotson and they will not let another one like him in power. This city want cops in shorts and shirts on bicycles and the rest glorified report takers, Nothing More. Again he will never be chief of this city no matter who is mayor it is not what they want. They want a yes man which will let the mayor run
