Delayed reports with no evidence on he said, she said is hard to prosecute and easy for people to pile on... Do I believe there is some truth in their complaints, of course but charging him with rape with NO evidence is near impossible. Police dont charge anyone else on any criminal charges with NO evidence, so why should a cop be any different.
