Keeping people in too long in Jefferson County doesn't seem like a problem to me. Think about all the bad F'd up stuff one would have to do to get a jail sentence here. If they're kept too long it's because they've done plenty to deserve it is my point.

He's up for re-election next year. Last time nobody ran against him. That probably made him confident that he can do anything and get re-elected.
This is the same county that elected Olu and Burke. The main requirement is have a law degree and get defense attorneys to rate you highly, so the liberals know you're a democrat. I have little hope for our courts. They're pathetic and doomed to stay that way. There are better places to live across the county line in all directions.
