LMPD cuts training time for new officers by 8 weeks

Most PTOs only have 3-4 years on anyway and they haven't even learned how to be productive police. You need to be on the street at least 5 years before you start to understand the job, but that's when they take the Sgts test and guess what....They get promoted then start to study for Lt.. thats the main problem with LMPDs command, no real leadership all VERY young command that never learned how to police.
