Kentucky and Louisville are too corrupt to let the big fish get caught. Everyone has dirt on everyone else. Only the little minnows ever face any prison time. The only wildcard is what the feds might do. The pretenses to piety of those in power don't fool anyone except themselves and their blind politicsl followers, who only get concerned when their corporate welfare and poor people handouts get threatened.
