Hibbs is a grandstands and more worried about himself and kissing the chiefs behind like he did the other week at a public safety meeting. The shame of it is the detectives in 9th mobile are some great cops but leaderless like the entire department is. Hibbs claiming arrests that they had nothing to do w with makes it worse. Not to mention them not doing what the Chief said they were supposed to do and be the street unit. Instead it looks more like they are a narcotics unit and overlapping cases.
