That is exactly correct. The Fischer and conrad partnership of coverups, corruption and attacking people for standing up to them has done more damage than any pension issue. People don't leave or retire early from good department's or cities. People will work for less when they are happy. Fischer and Conrad have done the opposite, and even prove they won't protect their own people much less the community.
