I don't know either of them, or even who she is, but I've got to say there are some people making major bets on that badge on their chest keeping them from getting hurt. People like Betts and Wood allegedly raping and sodomizing youth and those harassing peoples wives all make major gambles that the only family those people have are good, ethical upstanding members of the community.
