If an officer would have tried to talk to her after being suspended like that, they'd have been suspended again or more likely fired. It would have been very easy to move him somewhere like fleet services. The taxpayers will pay out some more money for another one of Conrad's errors, but I'm sure they're used to it by now. Command protects those ****** in with members of command. The more seniority you have, the less happens to you. They'd have at least tried to fire the other Lt in the 1st years
