First off the feds here aren't doing much of anything in Louisville with regard to the Crips, Bloods or Sinaloa. They are afraid to even mention their names in public for fear of offending the Chief and the Mayor, who both got mad when their YNO gang memo got leaked a few years ago. They go on TV to turn a minor straw gun buyer case into a major gang bust for the cameras and to ride the coattails of the agents and detectives in Indiana.

Hibbs is obviously campaigning for Chief, but you can't hold a grudge for his unit getting out after some of the thugs instead of just letting his unit milk O.T. for all its worth. If Metro Narcotics is offended by that, then they should get off their *** and go make some good busts like the old Metro Narcotics did before White gutted them and Conrad decided they can't arrest their way out of problems. They should stop whining.
