People like you like to split hairs so you can tell yourself it's ethical to let a criminal with a badge keep on having sex with under age girls, harassing women, stealing from the city and beating people up. You'll never learn because you apparently weren't born with a conscience and are just one more self-serving jerkoff here to drain the taxpayers of money they'll never get back to pay your salary. A real police department investigates and hands the case to the prosecutor. A real Chief doesn't interject himself to stop that process. This department should be shut down and replaced by the Sheriff or the state if it's going to operate this way forever.

You mention cases pending. It's interesting how this department pretends that internal cases must be kept open for much longer than it keeps cases against regular citizens. In what universe does it take 7 months to file criminal charges for sexual misconduct? What other department needs more than 6 different women's statements to file rape charges after more than 6 months of investigating?

Nobody's drinking the administration kool-aid anymore except a few soyboys trying to get promoted. Too bad their promotions will be short-lived when Mayor Leet shows up for work in 2019.
