Corder managed to skate by under Hamilton and Smith and White only bothered to fire him. He could have been put behind bars numerous times. It's too bad nobody bothered to prosecute. An innocent man and his family suffered the consequences of their inaction, which is why he's a federal inmate today. He was clearly someone who never belonged in a police department.
