He is an idiotic, double talking out of both sides of his mouth sorry excuse for a leader. Just sad that he and the Mayor have managed to destroy a city with so much potential. There is zero credibility for the chief or his staff nor the Mayor and when they wonder why people don't want to work for them it is about trust that they do not have.
