Liar. It's happened for many years. Thats no secret to anyone anymore since the Chiefs letter on Betts got to the newspeople. PIU and PIU close their cases and nothing goes to the commonwealth.

If you are so sure of yourself, then kindly ask Andy Beshear and Kerry Harvey to start digging through all of the old case files on those who resigned after a PSU or PIU began.
