Louisville reaches 100 homicides after man found shot in vacant home in Shelby Park

The people who usually run into police on stops are drunks and they naturally aim for what they are looking at. There would be fewer collisions with officers on stops by drunks if no lights were turned on so officers are less noticeable. There would be a few more from old people and distracted drivers typing on phones though.
