She is still employed. They would have already fired her if anyone was seriously planning to file criminal charges.
She and the 2 others with her are being sued in federal court by the victim's family for violation of civil rights.
That was another bad shooting. I think she avoided charges because they couldnt prove intent and the Commonwealth attorneys office has never been very successful at winning manslaughter cases against anyone, either police or non-police. PIU and PSU have poor track records against female officers. They always seem to lose in court and the officers go back to work eventually. It takes something really egregious and long term in nature to even get them forced out. It's easier to get men convicted and fired. They can't as effectively cry to get sympathy.
