Something has to change, there is no reason to lock people up and take officers off the streets for 2 hrs.. Oldham County just built a 23 million dollar jail that "comfortably holds 500". Build it to hold long term inmates and free up space at current jail. This city waste millions and nonsense a 23 million dollar bond
