It really blows my mind why people apply to LMPD...in comparable cities...Pay is better, true gang units, true Intel units, real traffic units with 50 plus officers, radios in police cars, not paying $800 a month in health insurance, 20 year retirement, real air unit with 3-5 helicopters not 1 older one. SO MUCH MORE..... Louisville does seem to have a couple more divisions than most cities our size. I personally think u eliminate the 1st Division like years ago and have the 2nd division pick up
