List 3 things that would improve LMPD/ moral. 1- Speed up/improve booking at the jail to get officers back to the street. Two hour waits are redicluos. One person booked at a time for 50 years is ABSURD and officers feel the city/lmpd/jail is deterring officers from arrest. 2-Take home cars after probation. I virtually NEVER see a police car in the 11th most dangerous city in America. 3-Stop making officers/sgts do a report for everyyyyyyy damn thing. No more injured priors, no more stops forms,
